Jim has been with GCG since 1993 and has over thirty-nine years of engineering and construction experience. He has experience with all aspects of civil engineering including water, sewer, drainage, septic, roadway, site development, drafting and construction administration. He currently manages and oversees the construction of the projects designed by the firm. He also serves as GCG’s quality control manager in reviewing projects for compliance with construction standards prior to bidding.
